Crew Leaders

Hello, we are Stephen and Cindy Cope, owners of Cope & Crew. We got married in 2006 and have three daughters, and while we love what we get to do with our company, our #1 priority is spending time with our girls. Whether its homemade pizza and movie nights, or lazy days together on the lake, family time is far and away our favorite. We have called the Upstate of South Carolina our home for many years, and love living and serving in our community.

We are a husband and wife team who have always enjoyed working together. We’ve learned that each of us bring different strengths to the table, and that’s part of the fun of what we get to do. Stephen leads both our project installations as well as the maintenance division. He has a background in ministry, so client relationships are a huge deal to him. No two days look the same for him, but he finds joy in the fact that he gets to take his girls to school, meet with clients, lead our crew, and get his hands dirty in order to move us forward.

For Cindy, most of her role is getting to meet with homeowners and help them visualize their “dream space.” She is in charge of taking the “before” photos, uploading them into our garden design software, and then creating a visual representation of the “after” project look at each property. She is a constant student of plants and landscape and loves to share that knowledge with our clients. She also loves hand selecting plants from local nurseries we’ve partnered with and ensures that she sees each design/installation project through to the very last step.
